北京市十一学校 FAB LAB(创意万物造工坊)是学校科创教育生态的核心载体,隶属于科创中心,以 “孵化创意、实践创新” 为核心定位,为学生提供从创意构思到实物落地的全链条实践支持,是融合技术实践、项目研究与跨学科协作的综合性创新空间。
师资力量:两位专职教师,来自于北京航空航天大学航空航天方向的张晋源老师和来自于清华美术学院装置艺术方向的严上杰老师;
工坊配备全球前沿的数字制造与传统工艺设备,覆盖 “设计 - 加工 - 成型 - 测试” 全流程,同时提供丰富耗材保障,满足多元创作需求:
3D 打印类:FDM 3D 打印机,可实现复杂几何结构的精准成型;
切割加工类:CO₂激光切割机(可加工木材、亚克力、纺织品等)、刻字机,支持 2D/3D 结构快速切割与表面定制;
数控加工类:大型及精密 CNC 铣床,采用减材工艺加工木材、塑料等材质,可制作 1:1 比例原型、模具及电路板;
扫描与成型类:3D 扫描仪(实现实物数字化建模)、真空热成型机(复制复杂表面形态)
(二)传统工艺与辅助设备
木工坊:配备台锯、圆锯、砂磨机、钻床等全套木工工具及安全防护装备,支持木材原型制作;
综合加工区:包含焊接工具、热转印机
电子类:开源硬件套件,搭配电子元器件类、机械加工工具等丰富耗材。

The FAB LAB (Universal Creative Maker Workshop) of Beijing National Day School serves as the core carrier of the school’s science and innovation education ecosystem. Affiliated to the Science and Innovation Center, it centers on the core mission of "incubating creativity and practicing innovation". It provides students with full-chain practical support ranging from conceptual design to physical prototyping, functioning as a comprehensive innovation space integrating technical practice, project research and interdisciplinary collaboration.

### Teaching Staff
There are two full-time instructors: Zhang Jinyuan, whose research focus is aerospace from Beihang University, and Yan Shangjie, specializing in installation art from the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University.

The workshop is equipped with world-leading digital manufacturing and traditional craft machinery covering the full workflow of "design - processing - forming - testing". It also supplies abundant consumables to meet diverse creation demands:
- 3D Printing: FDM 3D printers for precise forming of complex geometric structures
- Cutting & Processing: CO₂ laser cutters (compatible with wood, acrylic, textiles and more) and vinyl cutters, enabling rapid cutting and surface customization of 2D/3D structures
- CNC Machining: Large and precision CNC milling machines that adopt subtractive manufacturing to process wood, plastics and other materials for life-sized prototypes, molds and circuit boards
- Scanning & Forming: 3D scanners (for digital modeling of physical objects) and vacuum thermoforming machines (for replicating intricate surface contours)

### (II) Traditional Craft and Auxiliary Equipment
- Woodworking Workshop: Fully fitted with complete woodworking tools including table saws, circular saws, sanders and drill presses, alongside safety protective gear to support wooden prototype fabrication
- General Processing Zone: Equipped with welding tools and heat transfer machines
- Electronics: Open-source hardware kits paired with ample supplies such as electronic components and mechanical processing tools
