Prof. Wills Tian graduated from HuaZhong University of Science and Technology in Applied Physics and Nano Energy and Devices. He has over 10 years of research and engineering experience in the nanodevices and his areas of expertise and research interests includes simulation, semiconductor technology,nanodevices, and energy storage, which supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Outstanding Talent Fund of Hubei Province. Prof. Tian owned more than 10 patents,and has made a lot of devices with students such as LED、Solar Cells、Ultraviolet detector、Li-capacitor、Supercapacitors,etc..He has created Center for nanotechnology of Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics.
