Highly qualified IT Professional with deep technical background and experience in the field of Information and Communication Technologies and basic knowledge in the Industrial Automation. Leadership and achievement of optimal results through a coaching approach, social and emotional skills.

I have more than 20 years experience in business and people management, business development, marketing, sales and project management. I am comfortable with business and strategic planning. Finding solutions for complex problems and architectures is challenging for me. Below are some of the key projects, I have had a leading role in:
• MMSC Messaging Server - MMS Telecom Services. The specific for this project is the simultaneous work of millions of subscribers, especially during holidays and the guarantee of the service;
• Integration between the Customs Agency and the National Revenue Agency - consultant;
• Real-time monitoring and control system of excise warehouses. In this project, I started as Technical Architect and Project Manager, then I continued as Solution Architect and Product Manager with the responsibilities for the implementation of the systems in first 150 excise warehouses;
• SMS Parking system for different cities and municipalities;
• Police TETRA System - implementation and commissioning of the network, server and software parts of the project. Personalization to customer needs and requirements. Development of additional software;
• VTMIS and GMDSS zone A1 - research, analysis, architecture, design and preparation of tender documentation;
• Emergency Call System 112 - research, analysis, architecture, design and preparation of tender documentation;
• Participation in the design and development of CRM, ERP and accounting systems for specific clients.

In my work, some of the preferred technologies and best practices are Message Broker (JMS), Microservices (OSGi), Proof of Concept (PoC), Separation of concerns, Maven (all kinds of scenarios and tests types), RESTful Web Services, Workflow management systems (WfMC, XPDL, BPMN2), MVC, Cloud technologies, Client-server and Layered patterns.
