Bio

I'm the developer of a free, open-source software called PotterDraw that lets you easily design pottery for 3D printing in full color. Gradually I became interested in making purely virtual pottery that would difficult or impossible to make in reality, including animated hyper-objects that change shape and texture over time.

I have designed many custom software systems in order to create unique digital art in various domains, including AI-enhanced musical instruments, electronic music composition, visualization, and VJing. All of my projects are available online at SourceForge and GitHub. I'm best known for my neo-dadist agitprop, culture jamming and conceptual art (The Church of Euthanasia) and my electronic music (polymeter-based electro-house) which was released on the International Deejay Gigolo label and is available at Internet Archive.

I have also designed software professionally for over 35 years, including 18 years in the 3D printing industry: 15 of them designing firmware, communication protocols, and desktop software for full-color 3D printers at Z-Corporation (now 3D Systems) and the rest doing similar work on large-format 3D printers at Viridis3D (now EnvisionTEC).
