Ender-3 V3 SE

The Creality Ender 3 V3 SE is a fused deposition modeling (FDM) additive manufacturing platform that operates at a maximum printing speed of 250 mm/s with an acceleration of 2500 mm/s^2, optimizing cycle times without compromising the geometric resolution of the layers. Its mechanical architecture features a dual-gear Sprite direct extrusion system that guarantees constant torque and precise volumetric flow control for polymers (PLA, PETG, and elastic filaments such as TPU), complemented by a build volume of 220x220x250 over a heated bed capable of reaching up to 100 ï‚°C with a flexible polycarbonate (PC) magnetic build plate. The stability of the vertical axis is managed by a dual Z-axis leadscrew configuration, synchronized by a timing belt to mitigate angular momentum deviations; meanwhile, the calibration process is fully automated by integrating a CR-Touch optical sensor alongside a piezoelectric strain gauge transducer in the printhead, enabling topography compensation of the base and dynamic Z-offset determination without manual intervention.
