The STEM laboratory at Dinh Thanh Khang Ethnic Minority Boarding School (Primary and Secondary levels) is a modern learning space sponsored by PETROVIETNAM, designed to help students develop competencies in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through experiential, hands-on, and creative activities. It serves as an integrated learning environment where students engage in exploration, research, design, and the creation of products linked to real-life applications.
In the STEM laboratory, students have the opportunity to utilize a wide range of modern equipment and technologies, such as computers, science experiment kits, measurement sensors, microcontroller units (Arduino, Micro:bit), educational robots, 3D printers, and simulation software. By undertaking STEM projects, students cultivate scientific thinking, engineering design skills, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, communication skills, and creativity.
Beyond supporting instruction in natural science subjects, the STEM laboratory contributes to educational innovation by fostering the development of learners' qualities and competencies.
