SNA X-Hub is located in Suzhou North American International High School in Suzhou, China. It was initially ideated in 2014 and officially built, put into use in 2017. This laboratory was mainly used for students participating in STEM courses in the beginning. Using the PBL teaching method, students are trained to solve problems and generate creative ideas through all kinds of projects.

Now, this laboratory not only empowers outstanding students to make prototypes to participate in some international competitions, such as CTB or ICC, but also provides teachers in various disciplines with teaching aids, making the curriculum in the school more diversified and project-based.

X-Hub also welcomes entrepreneurs and makers from surrounding communities to share resources in the laboratory with an open and cooperative attitude. During the weekend, regular visits and workshops are organized for government leaders, teachers and students from other schools, and parents. and spread the maker spirit further.

Currently, X-Hub is equipped with eight 3D printers, one CNC milling machine, one laser cutting machine, one mitre saw, one drilling machine, as well as various handheld drilling, cutting, and grinding tools and materials. In addition, 14 computers are equipped for modeling and programming. It is worth mentioning that we also provide students with more than 200 kinds of Lego parts and a variety of electronic components, which facilitate users to quickly learn and build prototypes.
