So far, Fablab SWJTU has served as the fabrication hub for the 2nd UIC Train Rail Hackathon Asia-Pacific Regional Competition, supporting over 200 young innovators from across the region. In 2024, it also supported the final project of a freshman course titled “From Code to Creation”， which enrolled 108 students. Additionally, it provided technical support for an interdisciplinary course at SWJTU, assisting over 100 project teams in designing and creating product prototypes under the theme “AI and Humanity”.
Looking ahead, Fablab SWJTU aims to expand its reach to a broader audience, including K-12 schools, to promote STEM education and inspire future innovators.
